We serve authentic, traditional Ethiopian cuisine of vegetarian and meat dishes prepared using a rich array of spices including cumin, coriander, ginger, saffron, mustard, cardamom, red pepper, thyme, garlic, variety of oils, and butter that is infused with spices. We carry Injera (unleaven bread) that is at least 90:10 teff and barley mix; and whenever possible we offer 100% teff injera.
